Refund policy

  • Online purchases made through RocbyLuna.com are valid for exchange or refund within 15 days of the shipping date. 
  • The shipping date will be available in the shipping confirmation email. 
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label. 
  • All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in perfect condition, un-worn, and returned in its original packaging including pouches and jewelry boxes. 
  • Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. 
  • If you guess your ring size or you are sized incorrectly we are unable to make exceptions. The shipping label cost for the exchange is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.
  • The shipping address for returns will be available on your invoice.
  • Individual items that were purchased in sets - the products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
