Roc by Luna Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
- Online purchases made through RocbyLuna.com are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date.
- The shipping date will be available in the shipping confirmation email.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label.
- All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in perfect condition, un-worn, and returned in its original packaging including jewelry boxes, jewelry pouches and jewelry display cards.
- Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.
- If you guess your ring size or you are sized incorrectly we are unable to make exceptions. The shipping label cost for the exchange is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.
- The shipping address for returns will be available on your invoice.
- Individual items that were purchased in sets - the products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
All below items are non-returnable:
- Earrings for hygienic reasons
- Final sale & clearance merchandise
- Gift Cards
- Custom products
- Personalized products
Return Procedure:
Please contact us via email to admin@rocbyluna.com with the order number on the subject line and an explanation of the issue and if it is a return or exchange.
Once your return is received at our facility and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are not approved, we will contact you with our decision and the following steps.
